Salesmate, one of the fastest-growing technology and analytics firms in the United States, was grappling with the complexities of managing LinkedIn connections. Sales teams were overwhelmed by manual follow-ups, low response rates, and an absence of automated reminders, hindering effective prospecting. In response, Salesmate partnered with us to reimagine their digital engagement strategy. 

We deployed a focused 5-day design sprint to identify pain points and craft a solution that integrates seamlessly with their CRM, revolutionizing cold outreach and driving improved sales efficiency.

During the first phase of the project, we set out to understand the common challenges faced by sales teams when managing LinkedIn connections. The most common issue we discovered was the absence of reminders for approved LinkedIn connection requests.
